We’re storing basic, personal data such as name, customer number or other identifier dedicated to each user. For contact matters, we’re storing information about the user’s email address. The primary purpose of storing this information is our desire to deliver the best possible product and service to our users and to ensure our obligation of fulfilling the contract between hub.conversio.dk and the user. Other than that it could be for the purpose of invoicing, purchasing services/products necessary to fulfil the contract and marketing to the user.
Hub.conversio.dk access data from Google by using the OAuth process. When the user is using hub.conversio.dk, we’re not saving or storing any data related to the specific account. Hub.conversio.dk stores the generated OAuth token in our secured database. The token will remain there until the user revokes the granted access. Hub.conversio.dk does not share any information granted by the user of our application to any third party applications. Neither do we store any other data than the OAuth token and the basic information mentioned above, which is necessary for hub.conversio.dk to work properly and function in the way, which is intended and expected. Hub.conversio.dk use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When authenticating Google you’re exposed to the suit of scopes, we’re using to request access to the specified account - both sensitive and non-sensitive scopes.
By using hub.conversio.dk, you’re accepting and granting specific commercial Conversio employees access to authenticate any of your integrated platforms on behalf of you by using the stored OAuth token and the requested scopes, you’ve accepted on the authentication flow. You are always able to withdraw your consent to this and remove the authenticated platform(s).
It is only employees with the instructed responsibility of processing customer data, who has access to it from our side. We’re logging activity from our internal use as well as each employee has a dedicated username and password. We’re using advanced security protocols to protect the data through all stages of processing it. As long as we have an obligation towards the customer, we will be storing necessary data for the purpose - with a maximum of 10 years. If the user requests a deletion of data, we’re required to do so within 48 hours.
User data collected in hub.conversio.dk won’t be exposed to or shared with any third party tools, including AI models, to make the platform safe and compliant for all users.
If requested by you, the user, we will give access to all data stored concerning your account. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to complain to the Danish data legislation. You can do that here:
